This short film night will not only feature the best work from Salford students, but also an appearance by writer and film festival director, Oscar de Julian, who'll be telling aspiring film-makers how to succeed in the medium of short film and an exclusive UK showing of 2009 Oscar-nominated film Toyland.

Oscar will be showing examples of short film at its best.
