English short story master Walter de la Mare is known for his subtle and strangely powerful depictions of the supernatural. His psychological horror story, 'Seaton's Aunt,' will be read by ACT Theatre's Kurt Beattie. Also on the program is a reading of the story "Crewe,' in which a servant tells how he strove to drive away his fellow servants so that he would gain from a legacy, and selections from his charming poetry collections, 'Peacock Pie' and 'Collected Poems.'
