In 1957 New York City, the Brooklyn Dodgers and New York Giants play their last games, and emotions are running high. In a shabby hotel room, the stakes are even higher as Billy Future and every odds-evens shooter in town duke it out for big money and bragging rights. Billy has something special -- he's a psychic who sees deep. But when The Savannah Kid rolls into town, the order of things is upended, and not even Billy can predict what's coming next.
Predestination, alternate realities, race relations, Robert Moses, quantum mechanics, September 11, and baseball all wrapped around a child's game played by dissolute adults in this fast-paced, existentially comic World Premiere by San Francisco playwright Jon Brooks, directed by Angela Dant.
