Chef Garcia's pairing menu for the evening will highlight beer as both an ingredient and a compliment to his award-winning pan-Latin cuisine. An expert from the brewery will be on hand to guide guests through a tasting of some of Shiner's seasonal and premier offerings as well as some old favorites.
Cost for the four course meal, including beer pairings, is $50 per person plus tax and gratuity.
