Using Technology and Creative Design to Promote your Art
Make 2006 a year to work on the promotion of your
personal Artwork.
This One day workshop will be held at the RBR Center for the Arts
and will be focused on creating and using the latest technology
and offline creative marketing ideas and tools- to create a compelling
Artist Portfolio.
Good for; painters, writers, musicians ,artists of all shapes and sizes-
professionals and amateurs.
Sat. 2/25 10am-3pm
Max class size 15-20 people
8400 yen for the day if you reserve by Friday 2/24
9500 on the day.
You have compelling ideas and your art speaks volumes- but unless you
use the tools available to you in the best and most creative ways
possible you are an audience of one. The idea behind all art is to
communicate your vision and thoughts to others. This workshop will
help you share and promote your art to the world.
The Morning will be spent learning about easy Art blogging to share
and discuss your work and ideas. Podcasting, creating your own
presentations, and other online and IT based tools you can use. After
a break for lunch (please pack a bag lunch) we will work on other ideas for
marketing, PR, and basic do's and don't's - plus tools you can use to create your portfolio.
Examples, resources, and booklists will be provided for each attendee.
(with potential for individual personalized follow up sessions.)
