The holiday season is a time when struggling families need the compassion and generosity from those more fortunate. Starting Thanksgiving weekend, visitors can participate in our “Warm Hearts Drive” by dropping off new hats, mittens, and socks to help need children’s heads, hands, feet, and hearts warm during the cold winter.
“Cards for Kids” will also take place in December, where kids make a special card in our Arts and Crafts Studio. The cards will be distributed to organizations who serve those confined by illness or disability. A special card from one child to another can truly lift a spirit and make one smile during the holiday season.
The Sharing is Caring Festival will hold activities such as these and more from Thanksgiving through Martin Luther King Day. Other activities include a “kids only” shop; items are $2 or less and every purchase funds admission for underserved children. This event has been generously sponsored by North Easton Savings Bank.
