On Friday June 10, at 7pm, come join CU-Boulder University Libraries and ScriptaLab for a slide show and talk by internationally renowned book artist, Don Glaister, enttitled "My Bindings: A Work in Progress." Don Glaister, Director of the Fine Binding Program at the American Academy of Bookbinding in Telluride, Colorado, will present a slide presentation on his book bindings and artists who have influenced him, diversely rangi...ng from Thelonious Monk to Frank Gehry and from Man Ray to Johannes Gutenberg. This event is free and open to the public and sponsored by University Libraries ScriptaLab and Guild of Book Workers Rocky Mountain Chapter. Reception to follow.
