Shape-up with Free Fitness Classes at the Miami Florida Blue Center

The Miami Florida Blue center invites Miami-Dade residents to discover how fun fitness classes can be incorporated into everyday exercise routines during its “Rockin’ Cardio” fitness series.

These free weekly wellness events are open to the community. And don’t come if you are planning to just sit on your hands, as this special series is about interaction, not just education. Results driven, this is your chance to try something new!

• Thursday, March 10, 17, 24 and 31 – 8:30 - 9:30 a.m. “Rockin’ Cardio” – Shape-up to your favorite oldies.
