Shadowplay August 18, 2006

The next Shadowplay is Friday, August 18. DJ Donimo and guest Party Ben (Bootie, Live 105) will be spinning the latest indie/electro remixes, mixed with new wave favorites. It's MSTRKRFT night, with giveaways and tracks from "The Looks", DFA 1979 and MSTRKRFT remixes all night. Plus our go go dancers, a friendly dance floor crowd, and the strong, cheap drinks for which the Stud is famous. Join our email list, and get in free until 11:30pm.

There will be no Shadowplay on Friday, September 1, due to another event at the Stud. We will be back on Friday, September 15.

From the producers of the Shadowplay Stage at the SF Pride festival, Shadowplay plays the latest danceable indie, as well as classic new wave and post-punk, and edgy electro and discopunk from producers like the DFA, Whitey, Mylo, and Headman, which have been lighting up the dance floors of London clubs like Nag Nag Nag, Electrogogo, the Cock, and Trash.

Featuring DJ Donimo (Vanguard, the indie/electro room at New Wave City, the Shadowplay Stage).

First and Third Fridays, 10:00 pm-3:00 am. Cover $5; free before 10:30 pm. 21+
