This silent documentary film teases the gloomy aural and visual experience which emerged during the prosperous days of Hollywood's silent films. Ordonez's project shows that music performed live by Contemporary musicians is a perfect fit with the genre of film noir, which was popular in Hollywood during the 1940's and 1950's. This documentary offers a deeper look at the dark, parodies, crimes and femme-fatale image. The work is able to show that visual images and Contemporary music can give people goose-bumps when paired.
