SF Weekly's DRINK - Spirits, Beer, Wine and Cocktail Tasting March 12, 2011

This year SF Weekly will be kicking off its First Annual DRINK Spirits, Beer, Wine and Cocktail tasting event presented by Hoegaarden, Leffe, and Stella Artois. With the growing trend of innovative cocktails and fine spirits, especially in San Francisco, SF Weekly feels it is their duty as good citizens to put on an event where readers will have the chance to sample all of these alcoholic delicacies. Join us Saturday, March 12 at the elegant Fairmont Hotel from 7pm - 9pm for a night dedicated to fun, friends and the adult beverages that make everything funnier and everyone friendlier.

Sample over 30 products from a variety of categories including whiskey, rum, pisco, vodka, liqueurs and even beer, while representatives educate you about the unique characteristics of each brand. Head over to the bar for a specialty cocktail or fuel your sampling with the light appetizers that will be provided by the Fairmont. If that's not enough, enjoy the live entertainment scheduled throughout the event. If all this indulging is making you feel guilty, SF Weekly has you covered. As part of the event SF Weekly is partnering with the charitable organizations the Barbary Coast Conservancy of the American Cocktail and the United States Bartender's Guild.
