More then twenty comics will converge on San Francisco for five consecutive days to create tubs of laughter and mayhem courtesy of the inaugural SF International Comedy Festival. Participating comics represent countries from around the world including India, Israel, Korea, Iran and New Jersey (that's right New Jersey). Many of the comics were born in foreign countries, some of them grew up there, and a few of them will be providing excellent comic representation for countries they admire. Proceeds from this event will go to organizations that provide school supplies for young children in Liberia, Sierra Leone, and Guinea.
