This is an event taking place at my college that is open to you. In honor of Sexual Assault and Sexual Health Awareness Week from March 26th – March 29th, my school is participating in the Clothesline Project. I hope you will please join the activities in my school or another local chapter. Here is the website:
http://www.clotheslineproject.org/
The Clothesline Project is designed to bring awareness to domestic and sexual violence against women. The concept is simple – let each woman tell her story in her own unique way, using words and/or artwork to decorate her shirt. Once finished, she may hang her shirt on the clothesline to “air the dirty laundry”.
