Seven Sessions On Yoga-Meditaton & Spirituality With Swami Mukundananda In Smyrna, GA August 1, 2010

Swami Mukundananda, the founder of Jagadguru Kripalu Yog system, will be visiting Smyrna, GA to conduct a week-long program on Yoga, Meditation and Spirituality.

The program will have seven sessions based on Vedic Sciences such as Yogasanas, Meditation, Subtle-Body Relaxation, Pranayam and Nutrition & Wellness. These sciences include multiple techniques to ensure a complete physical, mental, intellectual and spiritual health, leading to true Yoga, or Union with The Supreme.

These sessions will be followed by spiritual talks on 'The Path To Happiness'.

The sessions will be focused on Spiritual aspects of Yoga viz., Meditation & Divine Love, for purifying and elevating the mind and consciousness.
