This workshop is designed to strengthen customer service skills while emphasizing the importance of making all segments of the community feel welcome at the library. Discuss general customer service principles as well as specific problems occurring in your library. Learn and practice a proven communications technique which will help staff work more confidently with all types of patrons.
The Council Chambers is 405 S. Main – it’s 2 blocks south of the library, between 3rd St. and 4th St. It’s the little building between the Police Station and the Municipal Court building. There is a parking lot across Main St. from the building, but the entrance is on the “back side” (where City Hall staff park).
