Sequential Relations March 29, 2012

Sequential Relations is a group show comprised of a group of emerging artists from California College of the Arts. The show will present the view of individuals existing in the same fractured 21st century community. Revealing strange dynamics between works that relate to one another yet exist on separate chains. Sequential Relations reflects the loss of neighborly affairs in technology’s creation of a global village. It is a chronicle to mend the connections lost in an overly connected age.
The participating artists are made up of students invested in understanding what it takes to navigate a complex and competitive art world. Each artist undertaking different roles during the coordination, promotion and installation of the show.
