Chef Stephanie, Executive Chef of the popular restaurant Don Coqui, and Culinary Historian Maricel Presilla, Chef and Owner Cucharamama Zafra and Ultramarinos, along with other visitors, will delight with cooking demonstrations. The Home Gardening Demonstration each day will celebrate chili peppers and give advice for growing them at home.
