To commemorate President James Monroe’s visit to the Delord House for tea on July 27, 1817, the Kent-Delord House Museum will present the exhibit, Sensational Settings. Created by local artists and business, unique table settings will be on display throughout the house. Feast your eyes on the way ordinary tables have been transformed into works of art!

The Museum will have the dining room table set with the original Canton China and the monogrammed silver that Henry and Betsey Delord used for the President’s visit.

As an added treat, the admission ticket is also a raffle chance for a prize offered at each of these tables.
