The Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino will truly be the toast of the town when it hosts “The Seminole Hard Rock Wine and Food Festival” on Sunday, November 6 from noon – 5 p.m. The celebration will offer gourmet enthusiasts a chance to sample more than 300 wines and spirits from around the world and enjoy cuisine from over 20 South Florida fine dining establishments while benefiting charity. A portion of all ticket proceeds will benefit Kids2Camp, a non-profit organization that provides scholarships to disadvantaged or disabled youth to attend sports summer camp.
The “Seminole Hard Rock Wine & Food Festival” kicks-off at noon with a VIP reception hosted by Grand Marshall Steve Martorano of Martorano’s Italian-American Kitchen. In customary Hard Rock tradition, the event will be inaugurated with a guitar smash followed by a VIP reception showcasing a cooking demonstration and exclusive tastings.
Upon check in, each attendee will receive a complimentary wine glass and plate to enjoy the array of international wine and food tastings situated throughout Seminole Paradise. Event-goers will be treated to additional cooking demonstrations throughout the day and a chance to sample Maker’s Mark trademark red wax-sealed Gold Medal-winning bourbon in a commemorative glass and puff hand-rolled cigars while viewing the Miami Dolphins away game on large screen plasma TVs. Guests can also enjoy mini spa treatments and light bites as well as an exotic Caribbean lounge where some of the world’s finest rums, flavorful foods and rubs of the Caribbean will be featured. Additional food and spirits selections will be featured from Hard Rock Cafe Hollywood as well as Malibu Rum, Avion Tequila, Moet Hennessy Jack Daniels and more.
