What are the ingredients of a successful performance review system? How should job descriptions and performance reviews relate? Can you identify the tried and true principles of organizational teamwork? The answers to these questions will set you on your way to evaluating, communicating, and rewarding executive performance in a manner consistent with company mission, values and goals while rewarding and supporting teamwork. After this seminar you will be able to:
--Design a performance review system that supports teamwork.
--Mock up the Four Organizational Systems for your own organization.
--Explain how your vision, values, mission, strategic objectives, goals could be integrated into your performance review system.
--Craft an incentive bonus program for yourself or someone else in your organization.
--Design an executive Scoreboard (bring your own laptop if you want to draft one!).
What to bring:
--Your company's public information to mock up the Four Organizational Systems.
--Your laptop if you want to draft your own Executive Scoreboard.
--An idea of your organization's vision, values, mission, strategic objectives, goals, etc.
Speaker: Paul Herrerias is thirty-year veteran of executive recruitment, coaching, team building, and previously of a Big-Four CPA firm working with control systems and organizational improvement. He is known for his high-energy presentations, real-life examples, detailed instructions, and can-do attitude. Paul is currently the Managing Director-San Francisco for a global retained executive search firm, Stanton Chase and Board Member, American Institute of Ethics. He earned a Master's degree in Organization Development and a Bachelor's in Business, both from the University of San Francisco, and a California CPA license.
