Self-Renewal Group for Stressed Out Moms January 9, 2009

Group is based on the book, The Mother's Guide to Self-Renewal by Renee Trudeau. Group will also meet
2-6-09 & 3-6-09.
Moms will take time to learn how to reclaim who they are, rejuvenate and re-balance their lives through small group activities and support from other moms.
