This fresh young Vancouver collective is a mashin' blend of nujazz and future-soul! Garnering rave reviews from Miami to London, Vancouver’s SEKOYA fuses their seriously chilled vibe with broken beats, acoustic instruments, and intelligent arrangements.

With influences ranging from Berlin-based electronic crew Jazzanova to the break beats of UK's Bugz in the Attic, from fusion gods Weather Report to jazz legend Billie Holiday, their second CD, Dalawa, will be released globally this Summer. With Amalia Townsend vocals, Alvin Cornista saxophone/flute, Dan Kearley programmer, Kent Wallace trumpet, Nino DiPasquale drums.
