Seether Bio: Seether plays a style of heavy metal mostly associated with the post-grunge era of alternative music, complete with self-obsessed lyrics and a sound that mixes crunchy distortion with brooding texture. Hailing from South Africa, the group was discovered by Wind Up Records and instantly pushed to the moon by the label. They landed a spot on the popular Ozzfest tour and managed to release an EP while biding their time for the unveiling of their full-length debut in the summer of 2002. Issued that August, Disclaimer was an immediate hit, boasting a solid single in "Fine Again." Seether spent much of the following year on the road, where singer Shaun Morgan's relationship with Evanescence siren Amy Lee blossomed. But while the tour time ensured top-of-mind status for Seether, it also delayed their return to the studio. In March 2004, a few tracks appeared on the Punisher soundtrack, including a duet version of Disclaimer's "Broken" featuring Lee. Then, in June of that year, Disclaimer II appeared, with a handful of new tracks fleshing out the original album. Grateful for the fan support his band had received to that point, Morgan took to the Internet message boards almost immediately to explain the curious move. Evidently unhappy with Disclaimer's initial mix, he'd seen an opportunity to re-evaluate the release and give listeners some new content as a holdover until the proper follow-up, slated for 2005. To that end, Disclaimer II featured the Lee/Morgan duet version of "Broken" as well as a bonus DVD. Their proper sophomore effort, Karma and Effect, was released in May 2005 and hit the Top Ten. Finger Eleven Bio: The members of alternative metal outfit Finger Eleven grew up in Burlington, Ontario, and came together in high school as a funk-styled band named Rainbow Butt Monkeys. Originally comprised of Scott Anderson (vocals), Sean Anderson (bass), Rob Gommerman (drums), and James Black and Rick Jackett on guitars, they won a rock band search contest on local radio and used the prize money to record their first album, 1995's Letters from Chutney. Gommerman left the band soon after, making way for drummer Rich Beddoe. Now named Finger Eleven, the quintet released Tip on Mercury Records in Canada, which marked the band's turn to a heavier sound. It was re-released by the New York City-based label Wind-Up Records in September 1998. The album made minor waves on Much Music, videos for "Above" and "Tip" increasing their profile at home, but it would still be several years before U.S. audiences really paid attention to the band. The Greyest of Blue Skies appeared in the summer of 2000, followed three years later by Finger Eleven's self-titled third album. The latter record eventually went gold, driven by the success of their brooding Top 40 hit "One Thing." After various rounds of touring, the guys got to work collectively writing their next album for Wind-Up. March 2007's Them vs. You vs. Me featured much more varied instrumentation and influences -- including dance, funk, and country -- than just the chugging metallic guitars of Finger Eleven's past efforts. Approaching on I-77 Southbound; Take OH-21 exit (Exit 146) toward I-80 East toward Youngstown. Merge onto I-680 South (Exit 224B). Take the Market Street exit (exit 6B) toward Downtown. Turn Right onto Market Street, Turn Right onto East Front Street.

Parking: Free parking for guests attending all events at the Chevrolet Centre is available at the USA Federal Garages located at the corner of Federal Plaza East and Champion Street, one block north of the Chevrolet Centre. Each garage has a limited number of designated spaces to accommodate vehicles with the appropriate international handicap access symbol. These spaces are available on a first come, first served basis. Limited space (with 9'6" clearance) is available for vans in these garages.Other parking options include a variety of surface lots located within a five to ten minute walk of the Centre. Be advised that they do charge for parking and are in no way connected with or responsible to the Chevrolet Centre. Park there at your own risk.

Public Transportation: WRTA provides service to the Chevrolet Centre from all parts of Youngstown and Mahoning and Trumbull Counties via a convenient bus ride.
