Seeking Summer Guests (30s - 50s) for Fire Island Share House


We are hosting a meet and greet for anyone interested in sharing our fun summer house. Attendees will include people who have already purchased shares as well as new potential share house guests.

This lovely contemporary home is located on a quiet Bay block, Atlantic (A) St in Seaview on the border of Ocean Beach. It's located near the Seaview market and Ferry Terminal. Our house is populated by mindful people in their 30s, 40s & 50s who enjoy good food, good wine, good conversation and a relaxing time at the beach. The season will begin on Memorial Day Weekend, 22 May, and will run through the Labor Day Holiday on September 4.

The house has four bedrooms, one with a queen bed (good for a couple) and three with two twin beds each. There is a beautiful west facing deck with an open air shower and a living/dining room with a high ceiling and large windows, providing for an airy, light-filled space. Basic services such as linens, towels, staple foods, housecleaning and landscaping services, fax, telephone and CATV are provided in the share cost. House meals will generally be Saturday night dinner and Sunday morning breakfast; we will inform everyone before the weekend of the intended menu for Saturday night dinner.
