Executive Chef Dalis Chea has created a 12-course tasting menu built on the seasonal ingredients of Western Washington’s finest farms, including Rockridge Orchard, Nash’s Organic Produce, Loki Seafood, Taylor Shellfish, Golden Glen Creamery, Skagit River Ranch, Tonnemakers, Alden Farm, Bluebird Grain Farm, Sweetbread Cellars, Full Circle Farm, Tiny’s Organics, and Foraged and Found Edibles. Wines from Desert Wind Winery and Harlequin Winery, beer from Fishtail Brewery and Caffe Vita coffee
This event will benefit FareStart and Food Lifeline, two vital organizations working to build community through food.
