Seattle Flickrites September Brews and Views September 28, 2006

We have a location picked out and note it is not on Cap Hill as we first thought. A new place opened three weeks ago and we're going to check it out before too many people know about it.

Elysian Fields is located just across from the Quest Field north parking lot. You can enter from 1st Ave or from Occidental. The M's aren't playing that night and nothing is currently scheduled at Qwest Field so parking should be easy as pie.

If you come in the Occidental Door as you walk towards the bar (located in the center of the room) you'll see a lounge area off to the right. We're hoping that's where we will be located. If that doesn't work, we'll be somewhere in the bar area.

And yes, to answer your question, this is owned by the same folks as the Elysian on Capitol Hill. Beers are the same but the menu is different.

For those who haven't been to a Brews and Views before, this is more of a social event than a shooting event, although cameras will pop out as the night goes on.
