SDSU Jazz Ensemble with Gilbert Castellanos April 7, 2011

Jazz trumpeter Gilbert Castellanos will appear as guest artist with the SDSU Jazz Ensemble conducted by Bill Yeager. As a member of several well-known jazz groups, he has established himself as an inventive improviser in live performances. Castellanos also hosts weekly jazz jam sessions in San Diego, giving up-and-coming players a chance to perform with seasoned professionals.
