The film is the inspiring story of Berkeley activist Miya Rodolfo-Sioson, who was the lone survivor of a University of Iowa mass shooting. Maya died recently of cancer after years of championing disability rights. Don't miss this inspiring story. Daniel Julien’s film portrays Miya’s life as an activist, following her as she overcomes many challenges and fights for the rights of others she sees as less fortunate than herself.
