Scrapomatic features the excellent thick-voiced lead singer of The Derek Trucks Band, Mike Mattison, and Paul Olsen, childhood friends raised to lovingly produce American-flavored, bluesy roots rock. Emboldened with fresh takes on both urban and country blues, and sparked by spirited, provocative original material, the group has been nominated for Best R&B Group as well as Best Male Vocalist at the Minnesota Music Awards. Lucky for us, they will once again grace StageOne.
