Science & Art: Ahna Skop December 20, 2010

Ahna Skop is Assistant Professor of Genetics at the University of Wisconsin, and is recognized for her innovative research into the mechanisms of cytokinesis. She is also an artist, producing sculptures and works on paper. In this exhibit, in addition to some beautiful artwork, visitors can see C. elegans live. A real microscope with video head lets visitors look at live specimens.
