Schertz Farmers and Artisans Market is a new growers only market that will be operating at Pickrell Park in Schertz Texas. It must be emphasized that this is a growers only market, no reselling of produce is allowed. This means that as a customer you can be assured that what you are buying was grown, or produced by the person you are purchasing from. This market will provide an outlet for local farmers, ranchers and artisans to connect directly with the consumer. The goal of the market is to provide high quality, nutritious, locally produced items to our customers. It is also our goal to help educate the customer about locally grown and seasonal products. We believe that buying local, and selling local is the way to keep our local small farmers and artisans in business because it provides the highest quality, best product, with the least impact on the environment.
