Scent of the Missing-Book signing and Pet Adoption April 23, 2010

Page & Palette will host author Susannah Charleson on Friday, April 23, from 4pm - 6pm. Charleson’s compelling book, SCENT OF THE MISSING: Love & Partnership with a Search and Rescue Dog tells the story of the importance of canine search and rescue teams – as well as the story of her own relationship with her remarkable partner, a Golden Retriever named Puzzle.
In conjunction with Charleson’s book signing, Fairhope’s local adoption guarantee animal shelter, The Haven, will host a pet adoption event. Combined, Charleson, Puzzle and the Haven will offer readers and pet lovers alike a unique opportunity to meet a search and rescue dog AND rescue an animal needing a good home.
