Scarecrow Design Competition October 24, 2009

The second annual Scarecrow Design Competition celebrates the spirit of the fall harvest season and creative expression! On Saturday, October 24, 2009 the New York City Department of Parks and Recreation will display up to 200 scarecrows constructed by groups of all ages at Bethesda Fountain in Central Park (just north of 72nd Street Transverse by the Lake and the Boathouse Restaurant).

The deadline to register is October 9, 2009.
