How to Order Wine in a Restaurant - NEW in 2009
Confused by restaurant wine lists? Intimidated by the language, terminology and wine regions? Want to try something new but don't want to waste your money? You can begin to judge a wine by how it's listed on a wine menu. Learn the clues of how to determine quality level as well as how it will likely taste with your meal; most importantly, whether you'll like it! Learn to ask the right questions and get what you want while projecting confidence with your dining companions. Of course, we'll taste to pull it all together!
