India Grill at Hilton Garden Inn New Delhi/Saket today announced the opening of its “Pizza Promotion”, starting 16th April to 16th May ‘10. India Grill guests will be able to create their own pizzas by choosing from 16 new gourmet toppings.
Specially designed by Executive Chef, Rajat Tuli, the menu of tantalising toppings features flavours such as “Spanish oak smoked crisp bacon”, “Shrimps, crab meat and chives”, and “Trio of wild mushrooms, onions and prosciutto” among others, and can only be found at India Grill.
The new flavours are based on authentic recipes and use only the freshest ingredients.
India Grill’s Pizza Promotion also gives diners the opportunity to “Be Your Own Boss” and mix and match different flavours to build their pizzas from the “base up”. They can then watch as the restaurant’s top chefs prepare it before their eyes at the live cooking counter.
Guests begin this unique dining experience by choosing from a selection of pizza bases, including multigrain, fibre and whole wheat, rye, buckwheat and classic. They also choose from sauces, such as fennel and beer, smokey BBQ, and white wine & cheese, before finally selecting the topping of their fancy.
Throughout the experience, India Grill chefs can help the guest find a flavour to suit every member of the family, whether it is traditional Italian, zesty Spanish, original American or mix-and-match pizzas.
