Save the American Dream Rally June 1, 2009

GREENATION has been asked to help organize the "Save the American Dream" rally. This rally will be held at the Michigan State Capital on Monday June, 1st at 12p.m.. We are working directly with Rev. Jesse Jackson, Mayor Bernero, the newly elected Detroit Mayor Dave Bing, and many other special guests to promote this rally. The events three areas of focus are: Education, Employment, and Housing. This event coincedes with GM's bankruptcy deadline and the Michigan Affordable housing conference, however, we are hoping to bring more attention and foot traffic to our rally. Please invite anyone that you think would be interested in attending, or participating. We hope to provide community service hours to youth volunteers.
