Bliss out your weekend with Saturday morning yoga! Class starts at 11:00 AM and lasts for about an hour. We cover yoga poses, breathwork, meditation practices, and yogic theory. Slow-moving with meditative focus, yet physically challenging. Instructor is certified in both Kripalu and Amrit yoga and has been teaching continuously for 29 years.
