Sat. Club Salsa Night! March 28, 2009

Time to bring two of our most popular events together! Club night + Salsa night! Let's learn to Salsa!

I've made special arrangements with The Salsa Room Sat. night, March 28th. Cover is normally $10 - $15, depending on when you arrive... but we get in for $5 (pay at the door), yup just a mere Lincoln (before 10:30pm)!! Not only that:

We get 2 hours of Salsa lessons from 8 - 10pm
We also get 2 of the best area Salsa DJs spinning for us
We get our own meetup wristbands and glow bracelets so we can easily identify each other
From 7:30 - 10pm, we'll mix, mingle, and practice Salsa'ing (word??) together before the regular crowd gets there. After 10pm, we'll keep it going all night with the normal Sat. night crowd! Our last Salsa club night brought out over 200 people... so I wouldn't be surprised with a great turnout for this one as well! Also, the following groups will be joining us so far:

If you haven't been there before, The Salsa Room features a lively atmosphere, a huuuuge dance floor, and 2 of the best salsa DJs in the area!

As usual, I encourage everyone to have a GOAL OF MEETING 3 NEW PEOPLE.

Owner tells me there is plenty of free parking in the Giant lot, about a 1/2 block away. He also tells me nearest Metro is Pentagon City (blue, yellow lines), a couple miles away. So you'll need to cab it. You can also use wmata to plan your trip.

Dress code includes no sneakers, baggy pants, or jeans.
