Spirited Bay-area saxophonist and composer Sarah Manning shifts into overdrive this Saturday evening as she joins forces with hard-swinging Jazz drummer Sylvia Cuenca and soulful B3'er Jared Gold.

Sarah has been praised as one of the most gifted and compelling young Jazz musicians on the scene today. Famed Jazz wordsmith, Nat Hentoff, said, "Sarah can swing as naturally as she breathes."

Sylvia and Jared both make the trip in from NYC, where they perform together regularly with such third-wheels as legendary guitarists Dave Stryker and Ed Cherry.

Jupiter is the East Bay's most popular beerhouse, locally owned & operated, serving its own handcrafted beers & ales along with "award-winning" wood-fired pizzas. Housed in an old livery stable from the 1890's, Jupiter exudes a European atmosphere found in the heart of Berkeley, California. No cover charge. Music starts at 8pm.
