Celebrate one of North America's most unique historical traditions with self-guided walks through the sugar bush, 19th-century sugaring demos, modern syrup-making demos and tasting. We've taken our popular maple sugaring program and expanded it to all of the corners of the museum! Enjoy a pancake breakfast at the Meeting Center from 9 a.m.-1 p.m. each day (additional fee required). Crafts, demonstrations, and activities will take place at the nature center and in the historic village. And don't forget about the tasting! Sample a variety of maple treats as you learn about sugar making in the 19th-century and today.
