“Santa’s Workshop—Remembering Favorite Toys” opens November 9 and runs through the end of January at the Saratoga History Museum. Erector sets, Tinker Toys, vintage dolls, teddy bears and more are all on display—covering the period from the 1890’s to 1950. The exhibit additionally includes some of the “timeless toys” that have remained popular the ages. Stop by the Museum (20450 Saratoga-Los Gatos Road) and see your favorite toys in the special exhibit from 1-4 PM on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Bring an unwrapped toy for donation to the Sacred Heart Community Service toy drive which will run from November 15-December 12. The Museum gift shop features special vintage glassware just in time for holiday shopping!
