The next monthly meeting of the Santa Barbara Macintosh Users Group (SBMUG) will be on Thursday, January 19, in Farrand Hall of the Santa Barbara Museum of Natural History, 2559 Puesta del Sol, Santa Barbara, at 6:00 PM.
The program will begin at 6:45 after a general Q&A session.
First item will be election of officers for 2012.
Then Steve McIntosh will present a fascinating program on his experiences using Macs in China. He lived in Beijing for seven years and was an active member of the first Mac Users Group in China in 2004. You won't want to miss his anecdotes and "inside stories" about riots over iPhones before they were legal there, fake Apple stores, Steve Jobs' involvement, and much more.
Everyone is welcome at our free meetings, but only members may enter the drawings for prizes. (You may join at the meeting for $25 per year.) Wi-Fi, refreshments and good company!
