About Jessica Silverman
Jessica Silverman, MSt, MA, RYT, has been studying and practicing yoga for 16 years. She holds graduate degrees from Oxford University in Sanskrit Literature and the University of Virginia in Religious Studies. Jessica has studied yoga with many of the world’s great yoga teachers in India and abroad. She has the unique ability to combine academic knowledge of the yoga tradition with a deep practical experience, unveiling the richness of the yoga tradition. She currently teaches World Cultures and Religions in Alexandria, VA to her beloved 6th graders.
