The event starts at Portsmouth Square at 10am with the flag raising.

Saturday, October 4
10am - Flag Raising Ceremony
11am - Double Ten Parade
Noon - Chinese Cultural Performances

Parade - From Grant & Washington Streets, head toward Grant & Post, then take a right turn into Union Square.

Food booths and a stage is located inside Union Square Park.
