The San Diego Festival of Science and Engineering (formerly known as the San Diego Science Festival) is returning this March to “excite your mind.”
Taking place March 17-24, the Festival is the largest celebration of science and engineering in the Southwest, with more than 35 events featuring interactive demonstrations, hands-on activities and exciting speakers—including skateboard icon Tony Hawk and Qualcomm co-founder Irwin Jacobs.
The weeklong celebration culminates in the March 24 EXPO DAY at PETCO Park, a free event with more than 100 activity booths, performances by “Sid the Science Kid,” and opportunities to interview scientists and engineers.
