Salsa Mambo Festival December 30, 2009

Our winter event starts with an opening party on Wednesday, 12/30 for the early arrivals and the main event kicks off with workshops on New Year's Eve - leading to the BIGGEST Salsa/Bachata Event in the USA to ring in the New Year! Complete with 12-member live Salsa band (Alex y su Mambo Salvaje), balloon drop, champagne toast, noise-makers and conga-line til 4AM, the festival continues until late Sunday night at 4AM (actually Monday). This year, we've added BACHATA MADNESS on Sat & Sun (1/2 & 1/3) with dedicated workshops and evening dance parties including 10-member live Bachata Band (Bachata Salvaje). There's even a bonus Argentine Tango room with nightly milongas until late! Join us at our family friendly festivals complete with kids workshops and daily activities for everyone! New Year's Eve Gala Buffet Dinner & Show in the main ballroom with LIVE SALSA MUSIC by Alex y su Mambo Salvaje leading to the midnight countdown with balloon drop, champagne toast, noise-makers, hats and streamers along with other fellow dancers!
We open with a pre-event party on Wed night - arrive early, relax and get ready for the party weekend!
4-days of dance workshops - Over 60+ workshops by world famous artists! Although we focus on all aspects of Salsa and Mambo dance instruction, we also offer Afro-Cuban, Afro-Samba, Cha-Cha-Cha, Bachata, Argentine Tango, Tango Nuevo, Lation Motion, and even morning exercises like Salsa Aerobics!
5-nights of evening parties(social dancing) until 4am!
