Vancouver Vintage Vinyl Night featured by City Salsa Vibe and DJ Azhvan.
DJ Azhvan will be sharing his rare collection of Salsa and Latin music. You wouldn't be able to find these artists and music on iTunes. Some songs you will recognize but this time you will hear them played by the original artist when they were first recorded.

This is our Second Vintage Vinyl Night.
Right after the first and the only Latin Vinyl Night in the history of Vancouver
we received lots of positive and supportive feedback. When the needle began to read the first vinyl the crowd couldn't dance, simply because they were so amazed by the quality of the music.
That's right: the quality and diversity make vinyl the ultimate choice for clubs.
The full, deep, warm sounds of vinyl is what we have missed so far; let's get together for the second vinyl night at the Polish Hall.

What is a Vintage Vinyl Night?
Salsa music can be traced back to the early 1920’s, even though Salsa wasn’t recorded in the language of music theorists until the 1930s. From the 1920s to 1980s many amazing Salsa musicians and bands recorded their music
on vinyl records, but for a variety of reasons their music never went farther than their private productions. In some cases, only as few as 5 copies were
ever produced to record their musical legacy. These rare recordings
are sure to impress any Salsa and Latin music lover. This is your opportunity!

Join us and see for yourself. You will be amazed by the depth of soul and rhythm in this music that was written and produced so long ago.

We will also introduce you to original versions of popular songs that are played
today by Salsa bands from around the world, as well as some of the great
styles of Latin music like: guaguanco, guaracha, charanga, mambo, guajira, pachanga and boogaloo.

Complimentary Lesson - Diego Sanchez & Daniela of Grupo America teach Beginner Bachata, Merengue, Salsa & Intermediate Salsa with Ladies styling. Demonstration included. Lessons are complimentary with cover.

Music in 2 Party Rooms - City Salsa Vibe (CSV) DJs heat up the dance floors of the Polish Hall with Salsa, Bachata, Merengue and Cha-Cha-Cha. Join the Party!!!
