Sake Soiree December 6, 2010

The Japan-America Society of Dallas/Fort Worth presents an evening of social and cultural exchange featuring fine sake from five breweries in Akita prefecture in Japan. A Certified Advanced Sake Specialist will introduce the basics of sake – how it is made, how to order, and how to drink - and present a virtual tour of a 320-year-old brewery.
