Sagewood Unveils Villas with Happy Hour Tour Feb. 21 February 21, 2012

A grand opening to unveil the new villas at Sagewood, a retirement community featuring resort-like amenities located in the Sonoran desert where Phoenix meets Scottsdale, will be held from 2 to 4 p.m. Feb. 21.
The villa homes have been designed for the distinct sense of style, choice and taste of today’s sophisticated retiree featuring a single-story spacious two-bedroom with den floor plan. Offering great livability, the amenities of the villas include an outside private entry, tile front entrance with a transom window above the front door, full-view picture windows, fireplace, 10-foot ceilings, private balcony and a detached two-car garage.
Floor plans for the Sagewood villas range from 1,837 to 1,907 square feet.
The exterior of the villas feature a distinctive two-dimensional architectural design with natural stone accent walls and are conveniently located near Sagewood’s recreational and HealthyLife Services clubhouses.

Prospective residents will have the opportunity to tour the new villa model for the first time at the Happy Hour Villa Tour event and receive information about Sagewood’s closing rewards including a six percent discount off of the community’s entrance fee if closing within 90 days of making a reservation deposit by March 31.
In addition, Sagewood offers a complimentary “Moving Made Easy” program to assist with the sale of an existing home to help manage the home sale, plan and organize the move to Sagewood, and oversee the moving company via a personal relocation manager.
The Happy Hour Villa Tour will feature gourmet hors d’oeuvres from Sagewood’s Executive Chef Manny Ramos, certified by the Culinary Institute of America, paired with beverages. Reservations are required by Feb. 17 at 480-948-1398.
