Safeway Waterfront Blues Festival July 2, 2009

Join blues fans from throughout the world at the 22nd annual Safeway Waterfront Blues Festival, presented by First Tech Credit Union, July 2 to 5, 2009. The festival is the largest blues fest west of the Mississippi and the largest fund-raiser for Oregon Food Bank, a nonprofit working to eliminate hunger and its root causes.

See more than 125 stellar blues performances on four stages, featuring Etta James, Sharon Jones and the Dap Kings, Ryan Shaw, Johnny Winter, Magic Slim and the Teardrops, Sonny Landreth, Robben Ford, Rick Estrin and the Nightcats and more, plus blues cruises on the Willamette River, workshops and more.
